Week in Review

We had a pretty busy week in class. The adbusters assignment helped greatly with helping me understand how much you can pull from an ad. Still I dont think just 1 certain person is right when they say what they see in the ad. I think it's ok to have different perspectives about what we see in the ad, there is no right or wrong. I didn't like the reading for class this week. Just reading it at home and in my free time, I didnt understand the purpose of the article. After we dicussed it in class I did understand it more. I think they author could have chosen a better title because I think we all got the wrong impression before reading the article. It was clever of the author to use Tiger Woods have a reference and say that he sums up America's past decade of events.

On to another subject, Over the past week I have became aware of some medical problems that require me to have surgery on Tuesday. Ladies keep me in your thoughts. I am very nervous, this all happened so fast and very unexpected. I'm still trying to figure all this out for myself...it's very scary!
